- Hi friends! I have a lot of people ask me how to keep their pet Lhasa Apso in a long coat at home. This is an explanation of the techniques I use on my Lhasas.
I love the look of a long coat but the maintenance of a true “show coat” is hard to keep up with at home. So this is a modified show coat cut that makes daily life with my fur babies manageable.

Just trimmed my 4yr old Lhasa Bailey,same colour ..you've made this look so easy to do the under belly ..love my Lhasa ❤️..but he's a boy and he's forever getting a dreaded knot on his 😉 which takes my daughter to hold him and me to trim..lost his best friend My 8yr old Yorkie Stanley October..such heartbreak they leave behind 😢💔🌈..he kept his 😉 free from the dreaded knot..Both have/had long hair till the summer
