This bunny is clearly very well taken care of and I am sure she knows not to submerge the bunny in water. Everybody who is concerned needs to remember how bunnies coats work and that a small amount of water on the outer layer of fur is not harmful, neither is the soap if it is nontoxic and gentle for bunnies sensitive skin. Bunnies do not generally need to be cleaned, but this bonding behavior is harmless and seems to be relaxing for this bunny, stress and hypothermia are the risks of bathing, and neither of those things are present here. Please take a moment to enjoy this peaceful video without worrying for the bunny's safety, it is okay🐇💕

@@jocelynn8849 my thoughts exactly also very concerned with the amount of carrot she’s feeding him, sense carrot is high in sugar and he should be limited to maybe 2 pieces that size tops per day if not less.

Rabbits are not supposed to eat carrots. It's not naturally part of their diet. They can only have a very small amount like the tops of carrots with the leaves still attached. They are better off eating the leaves than the carrot itself.
@@twisttytails carrots are not naturally a part of a rabbits diet so carrots are not really good for them unless in a very small amount.
@@ashleyr6809 My rabbits do eat the leaves more than the actual carrot, but my opinion is that a household rabbits diet is so far from what's natural, that it's no use trying to sort it that way. But i don't think we'll agree on this, and i don't really want to pick a fight, so agree to disagree.

That is one chill bunny! Rabbits are usually so highly strung, so it's just... inherently calming to see one acting so calm. It makes me feel like everything must be okay if the bunny is so chill, lol.
They're high strung up until the point they trust you, then they tend to try and be calm or even highly snuggly around you all the time. This bunbun has broken their trust barrier and seems to be living their best life.
This is exactly what I was thinking. Seeing sleepy chill bunnies means everything is okay 😊
It’s the way you bond with them, you have to have a really strong bond built on trust and safety, to gain their calmness and love. All to have this sort of connection. Bunnies have several sides and this would be one of them:)

Si te das cuenta, en el minuto 4:36 el conejito está ronroneando, se siente relajado, he oído que los conejitos no hacen eso a menos que se sientan muy a gusto, me alegro que su lenguaje corporal y sus ronroneos hablen fuerte y claro por el conejito o conejita.
Yo lo confirmo , ese sonido es de relajación ,tenia una conenita de angora y los masajes los adoraba , eso y morder solo mis dedos de los pies xD

just one thing, don't get him wet because he is able to wash himself (Bunnies are very clean animals and meticulously take care of their coat. They do not give off bad smells and do not need to be washed unless they have particular health problems.)

My son just got a bunny for Christmas from his uncle and I have the slightest idea how to take care of them. She got poop on herself and it stuck to her coat. How do I go about cleaning her since you say not to wet them?
Always one of these people on every animal video. The amount of moisture she’s exposing him to is absolutely fine and not harmful! Its only harmful when the undercoat gets saturated because it doesn’t dry out easily and is next to their skin layer. Sooo…misplaced concern here. Go outside.

also it’s best not to feed the carrots. Sure she feeds him a small amount but it’s like giving a child candy. Usually give them other veggies like lettuce, I think she feeds him that and I hope that she doesn’t feed him just carrots. But either way the video was great and the bunny was adorable 🥰

It is so great and refreshing to see somone take care of their bunny right. People who get bunnies with lack of information really harm buns but how you do the small cleaning and massage. You can really see it in your buns body language how much they love you.
Edit: you need to stop in the reply. I own TWO bunnies and I will never bathe them, I just said her doing the little water was cute, the bunny isn't biting her so they probably don't mind. She didn't even use a drip of water. And every bunny is different okay. My Maple would not be a fan of this but my Harper would
Also not all bunnies need partners. Maple was happier, sadly, on her own and even though Harper loves her to death, maple will bite her for dominance and for their safety they are separated

@@mushhmoon rabbits always breathe fast. It's natural for them as a prey animal. This rabbit accepts food and water and is willing to let the owner touch them. They are perfectly fine.

I had to clean my rabbit (Herbie,a girl) almost every day when she was sick. Sadly,she has passed away from a uterine mass that was leftover from a tumor that I had removed when I had her spayed. Her and I spent time together by me just holding her and grooming her. I miss her a lot,she ran my world. Please love and take good care and bond with your bunny.🐰🐇

please, this video doesn't represent proper bunny care. Never ever bath a bunny or put some cream on their heads. This is NOT good for them and will only stress them out even more. concerning the rest of the video, it's all fine.

@@tarcbarbosa ...i am fully aware of my rabbits limits. giving them a gentle brush with a barely damp towel is not the same as dropping them in a bath full of harsh soap and hot water.
@@isabelmarie2003 I agree. She squeezed the towel before using it on the bunny. This is exactly how you give bunnies or senior rabbits a bath. You can even do this for other animals like cats who hate baths and just spot clean them. It’s not like she used a soaking wet towel or dunked him in a bucket and had him soaking wet the whole video, yet people are acting like she did.

@@ailatygenia3455 si pueden, pero en pequeñas cantidades. Además la alimentación debe ser variada, hierbas que puedan comer, vegetales, comida especialmente para ellos y frutas (en pequeñas cantidades si son demasiado dulces)
