Great explanation, sir! Just one clarification. It is not "menstruating women" of 10-50yrs of age. But all women in "menstruating age" i.e. 10-50 years. A menstruating woman is one currently on her peiod (menses). The temple does not only disallow a woman who is menstruating at the moment of temple entry (difficult to confirm that anyway) but it disallows all women of that age bracket. Please forgive any mistake in my understanding, if so. Thank you for the great detailed explanations :) your modern and unbiased statements are a perfect method of imparting education.

If Article 25 is restricted in the view of public order, then creating ruckus automatically can strike down the rights granted to an individual by it. In Sabarimala case, the PIL is submitted by non-devotees. The court has to look into whether it's right for non-devotees to interfere with religious practices.
It was a clear explanation sir, i am regular to your page now a days. I kindly request you to make a video on sabarimala case from 7 bench and till the final Judgement, so that it will be clear, and also i have a doubt from when womens were allowed to sabarimala, and why HC of kerala restricted in 1991. If possible can you please make a video which covers entirely from HC till final judgment, am clear only with this 5 bench.

It's actually because in Kerala we have temples where only females are allowed, similarly we also have temple where only female can enter sanctum sanctorium and conduct pooja. It's more of a part of diversity accomodating all.

Hey, while watching this video, when Sarmad sir was discussing about article 17 in it, it came in my mind that one student had asked this in webinar... We have to ask this again in next webinar.
Way forward- 1. Same sex marriages were frowned upon a decade ago. What changed now? Acceptance and social sensitivity. Let’s strive for the same by educating our fellow citizens and bring upon a social change. Expecting a radical change in this facet would be irrational due to aforementioned reasons. 2. The apex court has to formulate a provision where a women who can’t live up till their menopause like cancer patients are to be allocated special provision and may be allowed to visit the shrine. 3. Any move has to be responsibly crafted as anything uncalled may create communal ruckus. 4. Involve hindu gurus like jaggi vasudev, radanath swami, sri sri ravi shankar, organise a debate with the women activists and court can that way, take certain points from that healthy debate and can us the same for future references instead of being binary and invasive.
