I'm using the android app, much easier to use. It is significantly better for NimH batteries NOT to discharge them fully before recharging them. NimH life can be enhanced substantially by never discharging them fully on any occasion.

It gives detailed information completely graphed out for you on a computer via the usb port. Hello, what is the minimal current that the charger can be programmed(for different battery types) ? Are the internal springs now on a metal holder or still on plastic? Is a newer version on the market? 😊
The minimal is 0.1Amp. What I can see the springs are on metal but I'm not sure 100% I didn't open the charger. Yes it is on the market. If you wanna buy, just ask them if the charger has two fans otherwise it's not version 2.2, only the version I mentioned in the video has two fans. This really is a dum dum review. How about showing the phone/tablet app. How about the PC connection? Those are the things that make this charger stand out!! Do your research and produces an ACTUAL review. We don't need another guy reading the quick setup guide from the manual....

I never charged my aa batteries at more than 1 amp so I can't say.
