Theres an option in most standalone ecus to "idle up" when you put it in gear with an auto. Its doable by sending 5/12v when you select drive/1st to an analogue input on the ecu and then assigning that input as a gear input in your idle settings, or whatever its called in haltech.

Can u turn the idle screw up alittle maybe its using too much of the idle motor output to get it to idle then when u put it in gear its not enough always found when using the haltech the car needed alittle more tb open should have just watch more of the vid 1st lol
