    Nice to see an ex RAF station will still have a future , so many get pulled down and built on .

    I was stationed here from 1982-1990. Had the best years of my life at CF. Met many good friends both civilian and military. Fenton Flyer, White Horse and The Junction were great pubs to visit. Great memories

    That is great news, I served on the base from 1986 to 1989 when I left the RAF good to see its being put to use again

    We was stationed at church Fenton in 1980 my husband worked in the armory I enjoyed are posting there long live church fenton

    This brought back memories. I visited there repeatedly in 1989-91 as part of the team introducing the Tucano into RAF service. Good, too, to see a Bulldog in the aircraft line as that reminds of an earlier posting where I worked alongside them.
