IN THIS VIDEO WE WILL EXPLAIN YOU AND GIVE IMPORTANT TIPS TO MAKE PERFECT
Checker board cookies.
RECIPE
Recipe Name: - CHECKER BOARD COOKIES
PLAIN DOUGH
butter 113 g
Icing sugar 75 g
flour 190 g
Vanilla essence 2 g
Milk(optional) 5 g
CHOCOLATE DOUGH
butter 113 g
Icing sugar 75 g
flour 170 g
Cocoa powder 20 g
Vanilla essence 2 g
Milk(optional) 10 g
METHOD
⦁ Take butter & icing sugar in a bowl & beat till light & fluppy.(FOR BOTH PLAIN 7 CHOCOLATE DOUGH)
⦁ Add vanilla essence & milk & cream again.
⦁ Fold in flour and make dough.
⦁ Using butter paper base put dough on it & rolls it into rectangle shape of minimum 2cm height (thickness) for both dough’s.
⦁ Keep it into fridge for 1hr.
⦁ Divide the plain dough into 4equal strips & chocolate dough into 5 equal strips.
⦁ Make checker board & wrap it using cling film & keep in fridge for 1hrs.
⦁ Cut into 1cm thick & arrange in a tray.
⦁ Bake at 170°C for 15-20min.
