I agree, but there's not much comparison with the other two American charlatans who just talk, are easily triggered and don't propose any real service. At least none that can be considered value for money. More like Super Savvy Dribbelers!

I can honestly say I’m not a TH-camr, I employ people, I have two offices and I spend all day running from site to site, notaries, builders, zoom calls, accountants and much more! I’m really struggling to find the time to share what I physically do on the ground, but when I do, you see the real Davide, the one that loves and recognise beauty and value!

What a lovely home. I love how light and airy it is. It is obvious that much thought was put into the rehab. The space has been used well and the location is very nice.

Beautiful 🤩 stunning place. Details really carefully done ❤️. My favorite floors from the place is the natural stone. Again another amazing place full of light ☀️ from every corner. The owner took her time to put a her touch in a place she loves. Well done 👍. By the way Davide I think 🤔 ikea will never hired you to do their commercial on TV 📺. Lol 😂. Incredible amount of light and a huge amount of gentleness coming from the seller. I can feel the softness of the place. Beautiful and very expensive details (not reflected in the price) internal doors, flooring, lighting, doors and windows, bathroom.... so much there!!
Don’t get me wrong, I love Ikea, over the years they’ve introduced design into many people with small budget.

Nice property, centrally located. I like the spaciousness of the rooms, though the bathroom and kitchen were pokey and too narrow. She has maintained it well, and the decor is inoffensive.
Only thing I didn't like were the very high ceilings, so would be expensive to heat, as confirmed by the poor energy rating.
If I bought it, I wouldn't know what to do with it! Do you think I could put it up for a long-term rental, given the central location, and proximity to the beach? How much do you estimate it could achieve in terms of monthly rent, again for a long-term rental?
Hi Brenda, the house is designed to be used all year round and the current owner lived there. Majority of the houses in salento have high ceilings (includkng mine) and we do okey with heating.
In regards to rental, the options can be many, going from long term rentals to short term or holiday leggings.
A quick search on booking or Airbnb in the town of galatone can help you work out potential returns.
