I really enjoyed this video. I just wanted to speak on the idea of happiness. Happiness comes and goes and is dependent on situations and things happening to you in life(is fleeting). Joy and peace exist within you on a deeper level and are consistent. Tools such as meditation and practicing gratitude allow you to tap into your inner joy and peace. This is where fulfilment comes from and the the goal should be to increase the amounts of time you can tap into your inner joy. I believe this would be a better goal for your vision board. One cool upgrade that can be made to a vision board is turning it into an action board. Under each item, you should have three concrete steps you will take to accomplish the goal.

You should think in a lot simpler way. This type of video has helped me prepare for Coast Guard basic training. Coast guard basic training is a lot tougher mentally than physically. In other words, you are helping people across all walks of life! Thank you!
supposedly the simplest way to meditate is to focus on the sense of 'I Am' or 'I Exist' (if more curious read I Am That by Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj, free PDFs exist online too I think)

You're also an older soul like me being a master number 33 but I know we 11s are super into ancient spiritual practices but you're clearly no exception and I respect that.
Try using mantras such as I am at peace or I am tranquil. Seems to help me out. Or I am full of positive energy. I love to meditate but I should have done it way more often over the years. Great way to bring balance to your inner world and helps you practice to still the mind. I first tried it at 18 to help with my chronic insomnia and it worked wonders.
A little less than a gallon is a healthy amount for a male of his age. And if he is taking creatine he could up his water intake to 4 litres, more than this wouldn’t be healthy for someone of his weight but only drinking when youre thirsty is pretty bad advice in my opinion.

To fix that kickflip - kick more forward. More through the nose kinda way.
