Thats very vague cause its very hard to give a positioning guide since it is so situational. But these are the basics of positioning: 1. Lanes - You generally wanna stay in ur lane when playing (theres left, mid, and right lanes, just imagine the map is vertically divided in 3) 2. Spacing - If your opponent is rushing towards you, dont do the same, shoot him while backing up a little bit and if you get him low health then you rush and finish him! 3. Support - If youre playing on a map where there isnt many obstacles and you can access your teammates lanes, help them a bit by shooting the brawler they're going against (in case you have alrdy killed ur lane opponent, or if said opponent are far from you, like waiting to heal for an example) 4. Engaging - When your opponent is in your shooting range and so are you in theirs, its just basically a 1v1, and you have to decide wether your confident in ur 1v1 skills and wanna fight them, or if for an example, their brawler counters you, and in that case try to keep distance from them and either considerate changing lanes if possible or getting help from ur teammates. 5. Hotzone (Dueling beetles) - Gotta have a whole topic on this cause its an exotic map. On hotzone you absolutely dont wanna stay in the zone the most time you can, if it means dying like I see many people do. Prioritize backing up a little from the zone when ur enemies are coming so that you stay alive, kill them, and go back in the zone.
