I am longing for a "Top 100 bucket list of eating" of you. Isn't than an idea for a whole series for you? You experienced so many amazing food-stalls, hawkers, restaurants, etc., you should get easily to it. I know it would be a lot of work. But well... after you posted "Amish buffet in Lancaster" I crave it so much since then and I want to go to the US and stay there just for 1-2 days and appreciate their hard work.... that I am already laying money aside, just to make this dream come true. I love the "simpler" lifestyle of the Amish people and appreciate honest and hard work. JUST because of your video...
I would wake up for some great barbecue! I just came back from a family reunion in Arkansas and went to McClard’s‘s barbecue and it was worth the wait. I love good southern barbecue, but Texas holds the best in my opinion!
To the ones with the negative remarks understand you don't become tx bbq legends by serving bad bbq! Tootsie is a household name in tx bbq. You may want to try it first!!!
As a kid I went to a church across the street. And would smell the pits and smoke from the BBQ. I always wanted to go. But only open on Saturdays. And could never go.

They look dry from that side angle but if you pay attention to the bites and the give and bend on them, they’re definitely not dry. Dry meat doesn’t come off the bone or break off as easily as it does here.. one bite of that chicken looked dry for sure though.
That place is way overrated. Don't get me wrong props to rose but the bbq is just meh. Blacks and smitty's are way better. I got everything spent like 300 bucks and was very underwhelmed
Going strictly from visuals, I believe you! The look of that meat does not show the quality and juiciest as other highly recommended Texas places like Goldees, Black's, & Cattleack. That Brisket did not look like it was in the same category as the other as it was being sliced and I fear it's gonna be like pot roasty brisket
@@jtsra7 the brisket has a smoke flavor . You have to get the moist brisket to get the juicy good meat I got both moist and lean. I usually like lean better but my 2pounds of lean was really dry. But pot roast brisket nah . Don't get me wrong I will never go back. Because I just go to Lockhart to get the best Texas bbq. Sometimes I drive to Tyler tx for BBQ as well
@@jtsra7first off, snows was around before goldees, franklins, Cadillac. As far as blacks, snows was more reliable consistently. than blacks back then, before the blacks became terry blacks and their mess of a family feud.
I’m in South Carolina for work right now and lived in Texas for 2 years. I’m From New Orleans and can say Texas is better hands down! SC is good, but not Texas
I believe the comparison doesn’t do either justice. Comparing apples and oranges. I live in Texas and love the BBQ here. Also, love the ribs in KC and Memphis and the chicken in Alabama with the white sauce and the Carolina’s with the whole hog. That vinegar based sauce is a hit
No bbq should cook 12 hour+ plus. All meats are all dry in the video. I used to like watching your food video but saying you enjoyed the food is sad. The Costco chicken would be better. Texans bbq is way over cooked and can only consume small amount at one time
I am a 100% Bar B Que lady. I live Ga. I did enjoy this . I love to BBC.
God bless tootsie..she's feeding America!!

There's only 2 other people aside from Tootsie I'd wake up that early for good bbq (Rodney Scott and Franklin)
The best choices, Franklin excels at brisket, beef ribs , smoked turkey rodney excels at ribs ,chicken and whole hog.

Get up before dawn for some bbq?? I’ll let you enjoy cuz, no Sir
If you’re flying in from another country from a different time zone, it’s not dawn. That would be dinner for the tourist

Mesmerizing chicken.
Love these before you die videos !! 666 is a no no in the US ! Great video :)
Dry Dry Dry Ribs chicken😂😂💯
Maybe it was excellent……However you could be right. A lot of hyped up BBQ places are actually overrated and not that good from my experience
Her chicken and ribs are not dry so you got that wrong.
@@peytonmeeks3182 was not a question💯
@@TX60FR no you got it wrong none of her food is not dry. You probably not from there or ate there.
Ummmmmmm, that banana statement. I could say the same for broccoli.....
Ribs and chicken honestly looked a bit dry and the ribs lack meat. Just the style I guess.
Texas BBQ is dry rubbed, and barbecue sauce is for Yankees and children. Real Texans don't put candy on their meat.
Yeah, Mickey is getting to hyped this days 😅

One bite. Everyone knows the rules
It’s pork no way it’s too dry
Hard pass on getting up that early and waiting in line for 4 hours
Was it tenddurrrr and joooisy?

Why would cut brisket with electric knife 🤦
Please try South Carolina whole hog BBQ. Scott's BBQ to be exact. Way better than Texas style.
I’m in South Carolina for work right now and lived in Texas for 2 years. I’m From New Orleans and can say Texas is better hands down! SC is good, but not Texas
Agreed. Tried them all during several BBQ-trips through SC and Texas; Texas still my favorite. Greetings from the Netherlands

lol put the pipe down jr
No food is worth this!
NO bbq is worth a 4 hour wait...well...except my back yard...
Sorry but everything he had with the exception of the sausage looked extremely dry.
4hrs? you could've went to walmart bought a grill and made your own BBQ and wouldn't have had to drive back sleepy.
You are not got you should not say what i should eat you .....

Texans bbq is way over cooked and can only consume small amount at one time
Then you don’t know how to cook bbq then
I'd rather sleep in and eat Taco Bell..
Or just smoke my own BBQ
