    Today, we are making Chinese Garlic Green Beans. This is a must-order for me when I'm at Din Tai Fung. Absolutely delicious - and makes a bowl of rice disappear in minutes. Today, we do a home version using green beans (or you can use chinese long beans). All you need is garlic and salt - that's it! Absolutely love it when simple = delicious flavor

    I love dry fried green beans. I tend not to deep fry it, but slowly sauté in the wok until blistered and slightly charred. Wonderful!!!

    I like how you continued with the firm tofu even though you wanted the softer or silken tofu. Real cooks keep it going! So much more realistic for people in everyday life. Love it.

    Such a wonderful, wonderful recipe/ meal Daniel. I always have trouble eating tofu that's not cooked but know people that enjoy it as is.

    In Turkish cuisine you have a dish called „ Taze fasulyie“ which means „fresh beans“. It’s totally different t that dish but equally good! Never underestimate green beans!
