Never thought the day would come when Tyler Perry would be one of the best parts of a David Fincher movie but here we are. I ain't mad about it. I just wish he did more of this.
@@jeanjacqueslundi3502 by your logic it would become a “he said she said” case which doesn’t help your case at all, you don’t know what you’re talking about.
The second half of gone girl is awful, so many people would’ve spotted any in that car, at the hotel, ESPECIALLY at the casino. So stupid. Also no one thought it convenient that the camera to the bedroom was turned off when Amy kills Desi?
If Greta and Jeff didn't recognise Amy while literally having her picture on the TV screen, it's not too surprising nobody at the casino recognised her. Plus if I remember correctly, the cameras were only outside the house. To stage a hint of her allegations she bit Desi's lip, ruffled his hair and untucked his shirt before he left (and be filmed). She then soaked the front of her dress in red wine (to make it look like blood) and pretend to scream at a glass window, the camera outside which would film her. All this is not in the book.
@@BL-mf3jp that’s the entire point, this was a home run case closed for them to continue investigating the detective did notice some of these small details. But turning Americas sweetheart, a victim, into a suspect would have caused too much backlash
I love the film, but I do agree with you that Amy would have been found out once she came back. There was actually a case somewhat like this where the woman faked being kidnapped and ran off with another guy but he got sick of her so she tried to fake having been kidnapped and pretty quickly the story unravelled.
For me the silly part is her not being found.......it's the last scene in this video where a lawyer and a police officer actually make us believe he couldn't use the law against her, after she came home.

2:15 The entire theater erupted with laughter after Tanner said that 😂
"Elvis has left Missouri" 😂
God, the character of the sister is underrated!
"just don't piss her off" xD
HA! NO DEAL!😅
Genuinely wish Tyler Perry took more roles like this.
He's a better actor than Director.
Tanner Bolt is trying to keep a poker face throughout the interrogation, but his expression keeps saying, "Uh-oh."
Perry was fantastic in this movie
Tyler Swag Is So Fly Love Him
So fly? Lol. Don’t think I ever heard that before
@@dbodooleyPeople have been saying “fly” since the 70s. Do you live under a rock
2:10. This was great, I mean it couldn’t be more quotable around this point in the movie.
Tyler did well in the movie, the lawyer was good 👍, I hope the sequel comes out soon, we want to see what happens when she gets exposed.
There should be a Tanner Bolt movie or a tv series starring Tyler Perry.
GONE GIRL!!💚💙❤️………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
In the last scene in this video I just don't get how Nick can't just have a cop and a lawyer go after her for what she did!
Because he can’t prove any of it
@@angryvader1662 Well neither could Amy. Neither can anyone every single time someone gets murdered. An investigation is still started anyway.
