So this game actually gave us a mode for the people that say "imagine if the main character went in with a gun." This game not only fires on all cylinders from the main game, they literally sprout 4 more cylinders just to add more fire
Heaven giving you a blessed machine gun you can further enchant with magic and bullets is God straight-up telling you that he is done with Hell's shit, don't even give them the illusion of hope.

Get it....its awesome prob one of the best nes style games Ive played since curse of the moons & Cyber shadow all must plays if you enjoy these kinds of games...I really hope these guys make another game or a sequel

Red bullet IMO should have been the final weapon upgrade so the standard and spread shot can be reference to maxed out Contra Machinegun and Shotgun power.

technically the sword is a machinegun, just shoots fireballs. I also forgot to clarify it beat a futuristic hellspawn with mechanical and robotic enhancements with an arm cannon. Wait that sounds familiar.
Too bad they didn't update the art in this mode for the cinematic of Baphomet getting nailed. Would have been cool for him to be falling from the sky, guns blazing straight down into his head.

There should be an Ash mod. Shotgun, uses 'mana' (gets 3 shots in spite of it being a double barrel. A chainsaw hand melee that can be upgraded to be **on fire.**... lots of possibilities here.
