You have just discovered the genre that is Ronnie(Radke). He's been around since about 2006. He started in a scene band Escape The Fate. He was replaced when he went to prison for 2 1/2 yrs where he formed Falling In Reverse
Fun fact: Tom and Ronnie are actually good friends. They were set to tour together in 2020, but Ronnie's friend and FIR guitarist, Derek, died, then covid happened. Ronnie's disdain for organized religion isn't a secret. I think it was a dig at weak minded people who use religion as a crutch, instead of relying on and trusting in God himself.

The nuns were closer to a 'dig' at religion, but the church was really about peoples' 'worship' of their phones and online (ala Zombified). Before the 'preacher' burns you can see everyone watching their phone screens.
The problem isn't with the religion but the people in it as he's discussed in an interview I saw. if you see when the pastor is set on fire, he and the cross, the people side of religion, are burned yet the bible itself is untouched.
Gandhi said himself that if it weren’t for Christians, he would be a Christian. I think a lot of distain people have towards religion, isn’t necessarily towards God, but on the establishment, seeing as mankind has a propensity for messing everything up.

You need to watch the originals first though. Those two are redone 10 years after. The comparison between them is outstanding. A lot of people do the original and remake in the same reaction.

Ronnie believes that he will die in 2033. That was a nice catch in the beginning even if you didn’t know why it was significant. You should do a couple of reviews for “I’m Not a Vampire” and “I’m Not a Vampire revamped” (do them in the same video) and “The Drug in Me is You” and “The Drug in Me is Reimagined” (also in one video). Either of these are a great intro to Falling in Reverse and a fast forward to the evolution of the band.
Most of his songs have some kind of message hidden inside Something Tom does very openly. Zombied, popular monster, voices in my head, and his cover of last resort are definitely videos. You should check out.
One thing, Ronnie will actively fight against YT when they claim a vid. He is all for the reactions. Even reacts to them at times.
Also, Ronnie isn't antispirituality, he is anti religion. Very different things

I knew as soon as I saw the necklace you were gonna feel uncomfortable with the ending. But focus on the lyric just before he immolates the priest, "One day you're gonna figure out that everything they taught you was a lie!" Plus the lyric "break the fucking chains, take back your life" is so informative of intent. My personal interpretation is that by tearing down the Church, not the religion itself but the corrupt and paedophile-ignoring Church, we break chains of oppression and find freedom.
I could be way off, but sooner or later Ronnie will do a stream reacting to reactions and we'll see then.
The Bible is the only thing that doesn't burn. It's more an anti organized religion thing as isee it.
