Don't forget about the spray pattern.
Tapfire on long range and spray in close. Only aim for head and full screen crosshair

Not exactly sure but it translates as "They're planting, stupid bug mic." Apparently this bug still happens in every game where communication is unavailable for some time before being available again which is a pain.
I reinstalled my game, for now it's fixed for me, it's literally the most annoying bug since you can have it a couple rounds into the game.
Imagine playing with a 5 man and everyone in your squad has the bug for the first minutes, or even 2-3 rounds in S&D.

switchblade or ppsh are good options for accurate* hipfire imo
just use the 1mw laser on both guns then the typical merc, flash guard then the short barrel from ppsh
