- OUR GARBAGE DISPOSAL NEEDED TO BE REPLACED SO WE DECIDED TO RE PLUM OUR KITCHEN SINK TO ONE DRAIN, SINGLE BOWL. LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES AS WE LEAVE THEM ALL IN LOL. SOMETIMES I WONDER WHY I THINK IT'S A GOOD IDEA TO TRY THESE THINGS OURSELVES.

We have a sink just like that, and I love it, so much better than the divider ones. Our faucet is similar too, lol. We had ours professionally installed when we had the kitchen redone. I just want to say you are one gutsy lady, you ran into problems along the way, but you stuck with it, and everything turned out great. I would have been sitting on the floor. A blubbering mess, saying, "Call a plumber". My hubby and I have installed faucets, and a smaller vanity in the powder room downstairs, but I would never attempt what you did. You never cease to amaze me. Then.....I'm the middle of all that, you went to a yard sale, and really lucked out. God bless you, and your patience, I was exhausted just watching you 😂😂❤❤❤.

Those items that you got from the garage sale were really nice! When my kids were young I had to buy most of their clothes from Kmart when they had sales or Vinnies but now I can get my grandkids some really nice stuff from FB market place! I wish FB Market place was around when my kids were young😕 Oh well the Grandkids now wear$10 Nikes which I buy of, of FB and they are given to them from their poorest destitute grandmother so I can't complain about that! God is Good!!

25:48 I have this exact one. I do my grilled cheese, and cheese quesadillas on it. I found the easiest way to do the cheese quesadilla (I use shredded cheese) but I get a paper plate, and put the tortilla down on the plate, added my cheese and spread the way I want it, put the top tortilla on and smash down. The get my stick of butter, and I use a lot, melt it, then slide the quesadilla off onto the pan thing. I use my fingers to swirl it around to soak up the butter, I move the quesadilla to the corners and soak up the butter from all 4corners, and when it gets to the consistency I like, I pull it off back onto the paper plate, it will be the cooked side facing bottom of plate. I melt my butter again for the top side. Then, I take the paper plate, and flip it over holding it with my hand while I flip, then slide it off and repeat first step. That away you don’t have shredded cheese flying everywhere and there’s no need for a spatula. When it’s done, you just place a few fingers on top of quesadilla and slide off onto the plate. Eazy peazy!

My friend and I always go to Morristown on our birthday's (this time it's her b'day) to go to Firehouse Subs and Rural King!! Lolol. So you'll have to ask Heather if she got lunch at Firehouse!! I don’t like the garbage disposals either. We had one when I was growing up and the sound bothered me way too much to ever want to have one as an adult. And I think it was a scream or halloween movie that ruined me for good on them lol You are better than me for wanting to learn! It looks so nice. When we bought this house, we put in granite but our sink goes over and not under. So maybe it will be easier to replace for us if we ever wanted to lol but I went from the 2 sinks to one and I don’t regret it at all! That’s a lot of stuff yall got! My sister had left one of those flat pans here and it’s my husbands favorite to cook breakfast on!
