    My love… you are so sweet and divine. Thank you for reminding me to deepen with the spirit of cacao. I was having heart pains physically a couple of weeks ago and I decided to take a few days away from my morning rituals with her to see what’s up. It turns out it’s not that the theobromine is harming me physically, but that I need to connect deeper with her energetically…. Thank you!! I was sipping my first cacao in a few days whilst watching the rest of this beautiful video and I’ve realised a part of my purpose right now is to get ceremonial cacao training. Thank you sweet soul🤍🫶✨💜

    Cacao has caffeine. I find that it heightens my emotions and really allows me to process big things, have a cry, and a nice release afterwards. I do it once a week.❤️

    I purchased ceremonial grade cacao to start connecting with at home. And I have been wanting to start my channel too lady. I’d love it if the spirit of cacao wanted to help me too that way. Blessings friend!! Keep going!

      For sure! I always recommend to go with your intuition and the teachers that resonate with you but totally get your curiosity :)
      I studied with a private teacher in Paris (Ilaria Rubei) then with Christine Olivia online, I think she stills offer that training ☺️ I also offer private apprenticeships on how to facilitate ceremonies!

    Today i was guided with archangels to change the coffee with raw cacao. So i made one and was curious what it does for me searching on TH-cam and i found you. And i feel great drinking it, and why i am so emotional 😭 I absolutely agree with you as what you are speaking is big hidden truth. Even i know nothing about raw ceremonial cacao helping to people (mind and body), i know you are right. Thank you so much for this video🙏 It's all i needed to know🪶

      @@MaggieCortez-et1dn your welcome. Just buy raw and organic cacao, rather in organic stores. I have a brand "Dragon superfoods" organic raw cacao. I drink it only in the morning because it is a stimulant (theobromine and little bit of caffeine) and if i drink it afternoon i have trouble to sleep. And best is to use little bit of water at first to melt it, but not boiling hot water, only 40-50°C max for it's raw properties. Then organic soy milk (find brand where they're using just soy and water) or your type of plant based milk. Dash of cinnamon + sometimes coconut sugar☺️🎊❤️ Enjoy everyday or every two-three days instead of coffee. It helped me greatly to stop drinking coffee, finally. And i dont even crave coffee. The withdrawal is exhausting tho but finally i am dreaming all night long. Its called Remi sleep, which is the repairing one, most healthy for body and mind. Greetings🌄

    Get cacao beans or "reputable" producer cacao nibs (I bought 5 pounds at a good price (joke was on me... ONCE! couldn't take out a 1/8th cup measure without getting rocks). You don't have to use cacao butter unless you buy the powder, the nibs or beans have plenty.
    Get a stone mortar and pestle and a clean coffee grinder, grind up the beans or nibs till powdered. Let the mortar and pestle sit in boiling water till hot (shouldn't go above 45C or 118 F) start grinding slowly at first, mostly mashing into the center of the mortar, later from the top to the center.
    Soon it will go from a coarse powder to a paste, then to a liquid. when that happens add warm water slowly and steadily while keeping the pestle circling the mixture. Transfer the thick liquid into a mug slowly stirring in hot water while sprinkling in a 1/4 teaspoon of powdered vanilla and an equal amount of finely ground red chilli till the desired thickness (where I lived on Playa Zipolete the cacao was served fairly thin, so I got used to it that way, and I think it's easier to froth. I do miss the mango empanadas to go with).
    Either pour back and forth between two hot mugs or use a whisk to draw up a froth.
    Beginner total time : up to two hours. Experienced time is 45 minutes to an hour.

    I've heard that cacao definitely opens the heart chakra, but do you think that the feeling of connection is also party because it is opening the Third Eye chakra too? I've read that it can help to decalcify the pineal gland. Have you had psychic experiences or inspiration after taking it?

    • @nextlevelconsciousnesswithLS
      @nextlevelconsciousnesswithLS  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Oh really, didn’t know it could help decalcify the pineal gland 😍 but makes sense! I’ve definitely become more psychic since starting to work with her 👁 but I’ve worked with so many other things too so it’s hard to isolate 1 cause. Thanks for sharing!

      Not yet! But it's easy - just mix it with water and heat on a stovetop until you just can keep your fingers without getting burned :) hope that helps! I also like to add things like coconut milk, spices, or rose/lavender essential oil depending on my mood.

    • @nextlevelconsciousnesswithLS
      @nextlevelconsciousnesswithLS  ปีที่แล้ว

      I'd say it depends on where in the world you live. Unfortunately the sourcing of cacao isn't always as pure as we'd wish, so I'd be sure to read up on social/environmental responsibility before buying :)

    Although I did not drink ceremonial cacao today , my heart definitely beat faster by watching this video . I think it might be the color of your pullover that brings me straight to the Amazon with its purifying rain and nourishing rivers. Why is it , that caffeine and theobromine .. which is a plant made pesticide has this ' consciousness expanding ' effect on humans while being toxic for so many other animals. I m really curious

    • @nextlevelconsciousnesswithLS
      @nextlevelconsciousnesswithLS  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I know, it's a mystery! Consciousness expands as we die too so maybe animals already have one foot (paw) on the other side, and cacao becomes too much and shoves them over completely. Happy my pullover could bring you some Amazon vibes too 🍃
