RECIPE Bread rolls with cream:
200 ml warm milk.
60 grams of sugar.
1/4 teaspoon salt.
1 egg white.
35g softened butter.
14 grams of dry yeast.
8 grams of vanilla sugar.
Mix well.
Add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Sift 450-500 g of flour.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Put the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Form a ball from the dough.
Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil.
Put the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
For cream:
250ml milk.
40 grams of sugar.
20 grams of cornstarch.
1 egg yolk.
8 grams of vanilla sugar.
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Until the mixture thickens.
cool the cream.
The dough has risen well.
Put the dough on the table.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
The length of the dough is 25-30 cm.
Divide the dough into 2 cm wide strips.
Fold the dough like I did.
Do the same with the rest of the test.
Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover the buns with cling film.
Let the buns rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Brush the buns with the egg yolk and milk mixture.
Put the cream on the buns.
Repeat after me.
Bake the rolls in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 25-30 minutes.
The buns are ready.
Cool the buns a bit.
Sprinkle the buns with powdered sugar.
The buns are soft and flavorful. It is so delicious!
