Sooooooo many references in this song all of them just went over your head. It’s a lot of word play and references to her relationship with Pique.
Pique won a World Cup at the start of their relationship so when she says you “call yourself as a champion but you gave me your worst”.
Another one is when she says “Sal- Pique” she is indirectly but directly calling him but it’s also like sal can be taken as either salt to his wounds or get out salpique together is that sorry my music is splashing you.

Listen, the whole point of the song is in the lyrics even tough the music and the melody are so good and catchy. The lyrics is really a good description of the ex and the girlfriend he has now, she created these lines where she divides Spanish words and she can use Pique's last name and girlfriend's name (Clara) so people has no doubts who are Shakira referring to. She says "clearly" in Spanish is Clara-mente Being the mistress name Clara. When Shakira says "sorry my music splashes you" in Spanish the verb is "sal-Pique" being that the last name of her ex. I have never listened a song that is so DIRECT and straight to the point of the issues in the relationship but she tells it like it is. She includes lines like these " you got me your mom as a neighbor, the press at the door and left me handling the treasury debt (meaning the equivalent to IRS in Spain with a 3 million dollars suit) but " women now we don't cry we just make money). She tells Pique he changed a Rolex (Shakira) por a Casio (the girlfriend) ad later "you changed a Ferrari for a Twingo (very small and cheap car)" Yes, it's a revenge song.
