Land Rover Discovery 3 (LR3) - Update! MOT, Tyres and Diagnostic Tool

Quick update on the Land Rover Discovery 3 or LR3 depending where you are, it miraculously survived the MOT and I have some fancy new tyres to show for it! Furthermore I now have justification to spend money money on it to make it more practical for camping trips etc, exciting times!

hi Mark, congrats on the MOT for the Disco. always a "fingers crossed" moment with older vehicles. have to get 1 car and 2 bikes through mot in september! that diagnostics thing seems a very good idea, one really doesn't get very far without with those "modern" cars!

Hi Mark, good to have a catch up video, glad the Disco passed with flying colours. Whats wrong with the MG, hope its only minor and more importantly, hows the Jag!😉👍

Thanks! Yeah MG has an alternator issue and burnt out the wiring coming out the back of it! Easy to fix and hopefully get a drive in it as a test somewhere 🤞 Jag still has no MOT as I’ve got this ABS warning that will probably fail it, just need time to fit a replacement module and should be ok!

Ha just checked £440 for a single vehicle so I’m only a hundred quid or so short, the pro is really pricey!

Those pipes allow the evaporator to drain condensation

Aha! So not rain water then but AC related? So maybe I have a leak from somewhere else too 😅

@@granblogismo if you have a sun roof then one of the 4 pipes could be blocked, if no sunroof then run around a bit with the ac off and check what comes out of the two small pipes

how have you got 2 cars i really want lol
