We need Darwin and Anais to be a iconic duo like Brian and Stewie, anyways that would make sense for the future because Anais said Darwin’s her favorite out of everyone. We can get episodes involving just the two of them. I think that would be a cool add on to the show.

Sorry to debunk your theory, but I don't think Darwin's death is plan by Carrie. In Aislep's TAFOG AU story "El asesinato", it show the whole event of Darwin's death, which you can read in Wattpad. In the story, When Gumball sneak into Carrie's house tried to find the turning ghost potion, Darwin was gone out with Carrie and her family (so Gumball can have a chance to steal the potion which Carrie said it's too dangerous to use), and when Gumball accidentally knock himself out due to the spiders and insecticide, it said there are some footsteps can be heard went near to Gumball. So whoever that person might be, it definitely not Carrie, because you know......she doesn't have foot.

Fun fact: if your wondering about that crazed eye swapped Darwin with the bloody shovel at the beginning, uhh, long story. So basically short version: Darwin accidentally stabs Polly (Pennys sister) with a shovel while gardening and is terrified when he pulls out the shovel and kills her. So he chops up the body, hides it in a bag, and goes insane for 2 weeks. After he takes the same shovel and goes to a graveyard to bury Poly, but it caught by Sarah (ice cream girl) who agrees not to tell anyone about the incident. Darwin then tells the Fitzgeralds that Polly had accidentally fallen off the slide onto her head and was already buried in a cemetery, inevitably hiding the truth and getting away with it. But… Penny is suspicious. I wonder if she swapped the potion… hmmmmm…

Darwin was my favorite male ROBIN Wingman Protagonists in a animated series. Second only to Darling Duck's Niece Goslyn who was his cause she'd try to help and did in some form but made a lot worse in other ways.
