leave the key forward for another 2 seconds on those cold days and the glow plugs will warm up a little more and she wont sound as rough. yes they only need the period of time for the glow plug light is on, but those extra couple seconds make a huge differnce

2nd !!!!! Just watch that oil pressure!!!!!! Make sure it comes up within a few seconds, 10 to 15 or however brave you are !!!! I've seen em so cold it took 3 ,4,5 starts before the oil pressure even started to register !!!! Love cold starts !!!
