Oliver Barker is a hoodlum. That was a poor example of a citizen…to enter a police property, take the keys, throw away, and run! He should be arrested and prosecuted.
Why anybody would follow such a selfish and arrogant person is beyond me.

Instead of condemning a common criminal like Oliver Barker, who should set a good example for his followers, he’s breaking the law with impunity. I hope he gets jail time for his action.
