@DARIUS ZHONG SHANGHONG Student girlie no 😭😭😭 wtf Have u even watched the lyrics video??? are u telling me FORREAL that 也要將這愛意藏起 is simplified Chinese? Do u know anything about Chinese writing? 😭😭
@DARIUS ZHONG SHANGHONG Student umm excuse me do you know anything about Chinese as writing system or as a language? Girlie that's the point, the creator of this video used traditional Chinese characters at the beginning of the video, but after around the Korean rap part they started using simplified. For Chinese writing, you usually just use either traditional or simplified and don't switch between those in the text (unless there's specific purpose for the switch). The reason for that is usually those who have only learned simplified Chinese characters can't fully read/write traditional characters and vice versa without studying them first. There's no way a person knows 聽 and 听 are the same characters, just different writing system. There's no thing as simplified or traditional spoken Chinese, traditional/simplified only refers to written Chinese characters. Don't come to say that 怎么说明呀 and 怎麼說明呀 aren't the same characters in different writing systems. The first one is simplified and the other one is traditional writing form. If a writer chooses to use simplified writing forms for characters which have traditional form too, then the writer is choosing to use simplified form. If the writer chooses traditional writing from instead of the simplified one, then the writer is choosing to use traditional writing form for the characters, and then they are writing traditional Chinese instead of simplified Chinese. So the person who made this video chose to use traditional Chinese at first, but then after the Korean part, they changed to simplified Chinese (because they didn't know there's difference between Chinese writing systems, according to the creator). And tbh if you watched the video, you would notice, that there was much more traditional used, than simplified. If you know how to write or read Chinese, you'll clearly see that in the first section of this lyric video there were traditional Chinese characters being used, but later it was prominently simplified characters. Why would you embarrass yourself like this online?
@DARIUS ZHONG SHANGHONG Student girlie, get it together. Even if people use words like 不, 他, 我, 你, 是 when writing Chinese, it doesn't mean they aren't writing traditional Chinese. Those characters don't have simplified or traditional forms, since those characters are used in both traditional and simplified writing. Whether someone is using traditional/simplified or not, is determined by the usage of purely traditional/simplified characters. If I write 我喜欢吃苹果, I'm writing simplified, even if 我, 吃, 果 are still used in traditional Chinese. If I write 我喜歡吃蘋果 I'm writing traditional, even if characters mentioned above are still used in simplified too. So yes, they (the creator of this video) switched from using traditional to simplified.
@DARIUS ZHONG SHANGHONG Student th-cam.com/video/9AXzs0jyo9Q/w-d-xo.html the lyrics literally are in written in traditional Chinese. Girlie, stop embarrassing yourself like this online.
Can a native speaker understand what they're singing? From what I can hear, they're singing following the tones of the melody and not to the Chinese words--so wouldn't this be gibberish to a native speaker since the meaning is dependent on tones?
the chinese line pronounced it really well and the main vocalists with lots of lines too. however the verses with fast short lyrics sound a lil weird haha
@@nuahstee okay but it's literally in the Xinhua dictionary under both pronunciations. Maybe people tend to pronounce it differently depending on the region, ie mainland vs Taiwan etc. From my experience, "shei" is def more common but "shui" can be used in more formal settings, like reciting poetry etc

When your watching this Chinese version but you sang in korean-.. Me
i actually prefer this version
那夜 拿着 手机刷著屏
跟 闺蜜 聊著 秘密
窸窸窣窣 聊到你
Oh 好机密 好开心
假装眼泪掉几滴
你的面前 闹情绪
无理无理 这个关卡 过不去
No no no no

it can be pronounced both ways (it appears both ways in the dictionary), but "shei" is more commonly used, especially in casual spoken form
