Yes, I'm reading the Modern Library College Edition Introduction to St. Thomas Aquinas. I started the year off thinking I was going to read a lot of history books but I wound up on a philosophy kick 🥴
@@RyanReadsGreek Well philosophy is a part of history as well, is it not? I loved philosophy in school, although it was very frustrating because whatever you said, the teacher could always argue the complete opposite and win every time 😄
I think some philosophy can be categorized with history, such as some of Plato's dialogues but generally speaking, although it can be historical or a shaper of history, I consider it a different genre.
