  • As autistic people we are so often anxious but don't recognise the signs. Interoception (e.g. our internal sense system that helps us know we are thirsty, hungry, hot, cold, our heart rate is fast or we need the Bathroom etc) This short video explains some of how we can help ourselves to recognise anxiety and some things that might help.

    It's my son's birthday today and my mum is born on the same day. My mum and dad have invited the whole family over. I'm really dreading it to be honest.
