frida server also starting correctly . but the frida-ps -U isn't working. it shows the following error "'frida-ps' is not recognised as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file."

Bro If you are getting the frida-ps is not recognized then Frida is not properly installed in your system.
Try to install Frida Properly and Map the installation path with the Environment variable or install frida using the pip installer and make sure that python and pip is mapped with the environment variables frida.re/docs/installation/

@@ArunKumar_R bro i installed android studio emulator. and i selected pixel 3 XL as my phone and android 8.1 as version. i cant even download playstore or app that i need to pentest. it shows "app not installed."
what is ur preference in the android emulator ?
