135 dislikes ???...are you frickin' kidding me.?....This man was a TRUE legend... 100% genuine....Loved his music, loved his fans, and with all of his fortune and fame , still lived in the same house in New Orleans. Never let his fame go to his head....This man was a true original.....
I was in the 6th grade when I first heard Blueberry Hill I will not tell you my age but I am still a fan today! Love it keeps raining I play it all the time love the beat
When I was growing up back in the day, my three absolute favorite singers/musicians were Fats Domino, Little Richard and Chuck Berry. In my mind they were the basis for the creation of rock and roll, at least from the Golden Era of rock and roll and I say this as a white guy. Their music just got my toes tapping and my heart pounding. Something about their music just spoke to me and I was listening intently. To this day I regularly replay their music and it carries me back to my youth as memories come rushing back listening to each of their hits.
*makes note to look up more Little Richard & Chuck Berry* Thank you kind stranger! I’ve been jammin on Fats, Jerry Lee Lewis and Ray Charles lately so I think those will fit right in!
I don't think he ever made a bad record. His band was supurb, great brass section he touched all age groups from early 50s until today. His sound was unique and still is today. RIP. Mr. Music .
I love this song so much. My momma loved Fats. I grew up on his music. My momma passed in 97 and I love listening to Fats almost every day on XM-5 or on youtube.
What a wonderful song by a very wonderful man the late Fats Domino! Love you forever Fats R.I.P. my friend I will always miss you but so thankful you came to Earth to share with us some of your inner joy, thank you!
Yes he is just resting in peace the apostle Paul said and I have the hope toward God which hope these men allso look forward to that there is going to be a reservation of both the righteous and unrighteousness Eileen

Dave Bartholomew*, one of the architects of rock and roll, passed away at the age of 100 on June 23rd, 2019... He partnered with Fats Domino on early rock classics including co-writing “Ain’t That a Shame.” The New Orleans trumpeter, band leader, producer, songwriter, and arranger was involved in many iconic songs including “Lawdy Miss Clawdy,” “Blueberry Hill,” “I’m Walking,” and “I Hear You Knocking”... Bartholomew was band leader for one of New Orleans premier R&B bands when he became an A&R man for Imperial Records. At Imperial, he brought in Fats Domino, working with him on combining R&B with big band, jazz, and country to create early rock and roll. One of the icons of the 50's and 60's. Defined by the smoothest voice
I've ever heard.
Yes! He didn’t need a genius engineer and tens of thousands of dollars worth of sound equipment to sound like that! An icon for sure.🎹🎶❤

Mr. David Bartholomew wrote or co-wrote almost every one of Fat's hits. He deserves much credit for Mr. Domioe's success and honored legacy.
