i think praying is the easiest cuz i killed 30 elite pirates but still got no chalice and i prayed 2 times and got chalice 2 times in a row (and got killed when i tried to spawn the dough king)
It's not bug it's just extreme unlucky BC one person in my server got 6 chalices while killin 36 elites and same for me I killed 30 elites but only got chalice out of chest before I was gonna give up finding the chalice

They should make an NPC that will guarantee to give you the chalice but he is super rare to spawn or atleast increase to 5% for chest and elite pirates

Then u don't have good luck, lol. The avg chance to get a chalice is 2.5%. If u fr defeated 50+ elite enemies, you must've gotten at least 1 chalice.

The way i do it is get the kill the elite enemy,finish a raid,elite enemy spawns again,repeat.Ive probably gotten 2 chalices from this method
If u have enchants like lucky on ur sword does that increase drop of God's chalice

To spawn indra u need all 3 legendary haki colors. but you can still obtain the chalice without the haki colors.
