Where did you get your refurbished JBL boomboxes? I want one but I don't feel like paying $350-$500.00 Which brings me to my next question. Does the guy who refurbish these JBL boomboxes replace the lithium ion batteries? Because the JBL boombox is 2 years old maybe 3 by now not to mention they have connect+ as opposed to party boost which means poorer quality bluetooth connection. Aka you can only be about 30 feet from the speaker without losing the connection.
I bought my refurbished boomboxes from JBL. I'm not sure if the batteries were replaced. With the newer JBL speakers I don't think they have advanced enough to switch over. I will continue to buy the older models until the company does something really groundbreaking. I have some JBL Party Boost speakers but I am more invested with connect +.
With the distance, I really don't go that far away for it to be an issue. Having the latest and greatest is cool but I feel like many companies pull a Nintendo on you. Selling you the same device over and over again with minimal improvements and removing features they should have kept. Sony is in that boat too.
Just downloaded an FM tuner on your phone and see if it'll play through your bluetooth speaker Because I don't know about the Bumpboxx Flare 6, But most bluetooth speakers with an FM tuner the tuners only pick up about 4- 5 FM stations if that!⁉️
The bass is incredible...it realy is..so many people try to say its lacking bass..but honestly the people who make these claims 1.have never listened to one in person or 2. are just fanboys of a certain speaker company and don't want their pride tarnished..trust me they hit hard AF!!
Aye aye aye you cant just call the jbl boombox shitty man this is a icon if you look at all of the videos also great speakers bro got the onyx 5 as well but I want the boombox instead of the party box 100 since I can do more with it
Who cares about how loud radios can go, sound quality is much more important...
Get aiwa exos 9
@@gustavoramirez-rangel5773 jbl Partybox 100

You should watch a DLX Willington video. "Let the speakers speak for them selves".
No kidding.

My flare6 has great bass leave it against something and the air port in the back the air bounces off the wall and boom
After having both of these for a while which one would you recommend, which one has better sound quality?
The Bumpboxx is louder but the JBL Boombox has more bass.

You can toon the boom box 2 on the app
Jbl is waterproof and the bass is louder the bumboxx bass is like distorted.
It's not all that on the bass from what I can hear on my Bumpboxx8. But it's loud
I dare any of y’all to bring your jbl’s over and see if you can even hear it next to my Bumpboxx.
Confused . Not sure what you were talking anout

Bumpboxx bass is weak, and sound quality is mono and bland. Jbl has an impressive accurate sound and bass.
@@omegarad123 which one you refering too? Bumpboxx?
@@omegarad123 😂 Ok it’s everyone else that’s trippin not u
I get the durability but I’m also looking for sound (clarity and base), which one sounds better? The JBL on-the-go looks durable. I may go that route
Def go JBL I picked one up and don’t regret it, it also only plays up to 80% without the power connected
All else aside which is louder?
Brian Belcher The Flare 6.
Brevard Smith JBL has way more bass
Bumpboxx boombox very confusing
JBL 🔥🔥🔥
My Harman Kardon Onyx studio 5 and JBL partybox 100 annihilate the shitty JBL boombox and bumpboxx flare
Prove it!
