I want to make sure my settings go back to default after backup. On “apps using iCloud” there is no setting option to turn it on or off. Apple support hasn’t been much help so I’d appreciate your advice thank you in advance 🙏🏽

But it shows up fine in Image Capture Thanks

You unfortunately can’t restore it. Sorry. It’s happened to me before so I’d highly recommend you to remember to backup your iCloud before you actually factory reset it.

Just reset all settings ur password will remove automatically and now u can set new pass to ur backup

If you have enough storage on iCloud it will show a backup screen and give you the option to skip or let it save.
