One thing that REALLY helps me a lot is practising in training mode how to parry\deflect dodge attacks. I do it over and over with diferent oposing characters to build my muscle memory because its an overused move that can't be fainted and easily pusinhed. That means pirates, kyoshins, griphons.
I've finally been able to get back on the game so this will be great warmup material, I gotta get the gold ol turn around emote input down tho that shit is just Gold
I may have to go in the training arena and practice pairing lights after fainting A mixup because I ran into a rep 409 kyoshin that just light interrupted me the whole time and had the audacity to say I was bad 🤦🏽♂️
last tip: as soon as you will leave training field you will realize that didnt give you much since: 1. it's way more easier to do those things if you know that you are doing only this shit vs enemy player that can do anything anytime. 2. bots has no lag input, no ping, and they are overall way more smoother with their animations and parry timing, so their parry timings are always on points, meanwhile real player can have a slightly higher ping, like rly 70 ping and his parry timings wont be the same. so overall - as soon as you will start doing all of these shit on training mode - never go there again, since now you have to sit on pvp and try to be good there. belive me, if you play this game for a long time you can lose 10 duels in a row, go to training mode right after and still pull of all of these crazy feint parries and deflects on lights. thats why this game is so fked up and have learning curve that slope, because there is nothing really you can do to get better rather than play pvp and get beaten 1000 times.
There's no such thing as a good deadzone per character. There is such a thing of deadzone on your controllers quality state. If you have alot of stick drift you will want a higher. If it's cleaned up or new have it set to 0 to make your parrys and gaurd swaps speeds slightly quicker by getting rid of the deadzones delay.
What I do is wait for the white flash on red to parry. I i know it's a light attack I'll go for a parry. If it's a heavy I'll I'll block instead of parry unless i make a good read.
bruh bout to try out gladiator after 100 hours of training! Honestly I've been wanting to play Glad but ima unable to use him effectively not to mention I suck at the deflects. I don't wanna spam lights
@@ChangedCauseYT-HateFoxNames I don’t think so because when I do it on the 4 it’s not possible but on the 5 I can do the exact same things as he does. It’s not that hard when you have a ps5

There's no such thing as op in this game. Just refusing to practice and I'll give a example when I played pirate alot. Very helpful tips. However also looked for a pattern in your opponent
Well that's common sense but the bot is gonna be random while training
Orochi deflect: I sleep.
Tiandi crushing counter: REAL SHIT
Nah Orochi deflect srops HA
Thank you Master
My tip! Disable Indicator and learn focusing on the Animations. You have 100ms more to react🙃

my guy definitely played street fighter

Don't focus on parrying in red too hard because you will get guard broken alot

How do you make the bot attack you?
HOW DO YOU BACKWARDS EMOTE??!!!
Hi and thanks
hey
how do you keep looking backwards when u do your no looks, when ever i do it and press L2 my character just turns back around and it isnt clean
can you also say what games you played
Lots of fighting games ... Dbfz, Blazblue, Mk, Etc. also COD and some other stuff as well
How do you emote backwards lol?
How long did it take you to get that good at parrying? Like a couple months years maybe? Plus I'm on PS4
So is he
Personally I like to train against an orochi bot to catch dodge attack option selects
Do you play on the ps4 or 5? Because that can make a big difference
I believe they said 4 in past replies.

How do you face the screen and emote?
Unlock and turn around as you emote
Kerguya
sonata
is it possible to deflect Unblockable attack?
nope
Completely impossible to deflect, crushing counter or supior block. You have to dodge or parry and there no exceptions.

Naa. I'm upgrading to crack
dude has to have played tekken or something similar. I can just hear those button inputs on a controller
