This honestly feels like im watching the “golden days” of this youtube channel. Theres so much about your content that makes it stand out and be interesting. Ive been watching it for months and I hope you keep it up.
I sometimes have good luck with the Pawn Brokers. I once found a copy of Assassin's Creed: The Rebel Collection for the Switch there, for $20AU. Yet when we opened it up to check if the game was there, we discovered that it had the game loose in the case, with a copy of the Switch version of Skyrim also in there. The Pawn Brokers were kind enough to let me have that additional game for no extra charge! So I consider myself lucky to have these opportunities presented to me. 😁
Sometimes the in-store price at Gamestop is different than online. They price match accordingly. Not sure they price match used games compared to Amazon though.
I was just in Tennessee to see my kids and I was game hunting and I stopped at game hub in fort Campbell and they said your name. So cool I shopped at the same spot as you. Amazing video
I am so jealous. No HPB within 700 miles. Only 2 LGS within the city limits. A few GS, but no good used games. My city suffers badly. I need to go on a shopping trip to KY. I was in E Town a few years ago and passed up the opportunity.
I've been watching your channel a lot lately and it seems so cool what you do. Do you have any advice for people looking to get into flipping video games and Pokémon cards with little to no money?
How do you make any kind of margins buying something thats only 10 to 15 percent off value? Theres fees and shipping costs and the time you use too. No way it works out at that low.
Big fan here, love watching all of your videos! Quick question, I just got a N64 console, 2 controllers, what are some of the most fun games to play in your opinion?
one other thing for gamestop. They should have their customer program. I am not sure for USA, but for Canada, you can get up to additional 15% off the used games (depends in which level of that program are you). Also Gamestop can have game clearances (if a game has low copies left in stores and is selling for a bit, it can get a clearance price - including used games). And of course Gamestop works like any other retailers, to offer special discounts for new games if they are approved by a publisher (for example Mario day price discount on certain Mario games). With all that being said above, this video sadly does not prove anything about prices of those shops, as you were literally comparing apples with oranges (meaning you just picked a few random games). Also also at times price charting can be way off. Why? Price chart website takes into account roughly the condition of the game. But for some cases, some variants may be way more expensive than others - for example originally the Witcher game was sold in a small carton box with additional map and stickers. But you were checking games without it (also a valid version of the game). If the price charts only regonizes category of loose cartridge, CIB or new, then it would just take statistics accordingly. But that CIB can mean with or without carton. And not to mentioning favourite move of some of the gaming shop - printing out the missing artwork (and here Gamestop is very guilty of it). So for this to have actual proper info value, you would have to pick the same game in more or less same condition and then check the pricing in each store. Ad you would have to do it for a good sample of several games.
I think you mathed wrong. The pawn shop you said they cost $165 and market value was $178 so it was below market but you put it as a positive percent which would mean it was above market...or am I mathing wrong?
Not going to lie, I kind of miss just the plain videos where you game hunt for profit. I know that you still do it but this just seems so forced. Good video and hope you don’t think I’m being negative towards you. Just miss the old content that you used to do. Keep up the good work!

ALSO NOBODY CARES ABOUT SPONSORSHIPS SHI IS ANNOYING WITH EVERYONE!!!!
Going through some rough times but you posting a video makes me feel a little better. Thanks for your videos Caleb
Lost your house? Job?
stay up stranger :D you got it
You’ll come out of this stronger then ever
Stay strong friend!
Did no one else catch the fact that Caleb said that sticker value from the pawn shop was $165 and the resale value was $178 yet it was a loss?
He is use to charging over market value to his fans on what not that a small gain is still a lose because he can’t resell to his fans for max profits
He's a fake.
@Kentucky Jerk he probably makes 100k reselling and close to 200k a year on TH-cam. Pretty good fake.
Math is hard it seems
@@gwillakerz he doesn’t sell to fans

Seeing matts shop and his vibe/energy that you both share is a huge W to the video, keep up the grind ❤️
At GameStop you left two pretty rare games (prinny 1 2) and snk collection both were under priced and could’ve resold

The interaction with Matt is great 😂
Now add eBay, whatnot and Mercari in the mix please
Whatnot is very subjective because people tend to overpay most of the time
Editor Riff is still the funniest part of this video 🤣🤣
Love this video! The comparison was pretty eye-opening.
Was hoping for a Mission Switch but this is good too
So Matt’s shoppe has a bubblegum machine and a large selection of candles? Support this small business!

I like how the videos basically over before you even go to GameStop hahahahaha
Ebay fees are like 15% so I kind of expect everything on Ebay to be 15% more and expect stuff locally to be 15% less.
wait the pawn shop sticker price was 165 but the market value was 178 so thats a saving of 3% not +3
Randomly came across this channel earlier and it's so weird seeing my town of Lexington 😂
I was just in Tennessee to see my kids and I was game hunting and I stopped at game hub in fort Campbell and they said your name. So cool I shopped at the same spot as you. Amazing video
I know each and every location you go to. All the way from Lexington to Richmond or even Berea Ky. I expect to run into at somepoint.
Are you going to Midwest Gaming Convention in Milwaukee next week?

3:23 you missed a switch game. There’s one on the middle shelf
I love the channel I’m a new subscriber watching from the Bay Area ! Lol opportunities are everywhere that’s a fact!
I know youve done some videos in louisville but do you live there? Im wanting to get into this stuff and i live in louisville
Pawn shops have been WAY cheaper where I am. I picked up both Mario Parties at like $18 a piece. The dude even gave me a discount for buying multiple.
i already know the uk place that’s cheapest!! smyths is literally £5-10 cheaper on release day than anywhere else
What’s the site your using to compare?
5:21 You look like Ned Flanders
What app do you use to compare prices?
What was wrong with starlink battle for atlas you picked up at the start of the video.
I've been watching your channel a lot lately and it seems so cool what you do. Do you have any advice for people looking to get into flipping video games and Pokémon cards with little to no money?
there is a videogame store localy in clay newyork called micro game it is realy good

Phoenix should be a part of minus world
12:06 Game Over 😂
Also, by the way, it was a new 3DS XL and a 3DS XL. How the hell you confused for a 2ds

Calebs math strikes again.
Wish I could go to Matt's for the Legos!
Love you bro, keep it up
😮 Fire Emble Three Houses
Should’ve gotten the “SNK 40th Anniversary collection”

Scanning behind your back BRUH!
love your videos phoenix
Nice vid Caleb love you riff 😂
That pawn shop was actually under market by 8%… not over by 3%… come on Caleb…
There is a special place in hell for caleb who ruins retro gaming for everyone.
Great video, even better ending!............The punishment was mint.
Half price was wrong because ring fit is normally $70 with the ring fit ring and labo is $100 with all of the pieces
We need the mission switch cases brought back
Do a psp plunder plz! Also love u riff I appreciate you hurting all my coments.
RE Origins only comes with 1 game on the cart tho...so buying used is risky
so where do we buy his stuff he’s bought? does he have a site or what
I was at a GameXchange in Arkansas and got cib stranger things 3 the game for switch for 30$. Lol best find I have ever seen
9:44 😬😬😬😬😳
Should’ve drawn a rabbid 😂
165 is 3% more than 178, I did not know that
Wow, Fate Extella Link, He better have gotten that one
Shouldn’t the Pawn Shop be -3% ?
you did the math wrong on the pawn shop one they were cheaper than market value so idk why you put them as marked up
The rabbids themselves are creepy but those Mario Rabbids games are excellent
What’s ur about?
Waiting to see rgt 85 on here
Sealed games at a pawn shop make me think they are of...dubious provenance.
Game Xchange lookin like Game Xtra prices😯
Negotiations in shops never would work in the UK 😂
Especially CEX.....nah mate, you've got to pay 10% more than sticker price for even asking 😅
@@TheWorldOfWalter 😂😂
He drew a Christmas tree on your forehead 🎄
People forget that brick and mortar stores have to make money to keep their brick and mortar store open

If you can find one try zero gravity i went there and they had tons of retro games
Going off of sticker price at a pawn shop is really inaccurate. Pawn shops will almost always negotiate. (Even if only slightly)
Hey caleb you should do a ps Vita collection
the only worth switch games to be hunting until the next gen comes out ar ereally only limited runs and title game (or collector sets)
ie: mario 3d all stars
Bro when I wanted to get sackboy for the ps5 it was £60 on the store at Asda it was £7 💀
Spanky is rock hard
- Caleb, 2023
Mario + rabids sparks of hope is actually an amazing game.
Swear people sleep on it because it’s rabbits but it’s genuinely fun
@@kylerolsen4300 I know. The mario + rabids games are great, and even rabids go home on the wii is a lot of fun.
Should've gotten that Persona 5 Royal from Pawn Shop.
Something weird about Spanky being “rock hard” all episode. How did you fare in public.
Except there is no ring fit ring that's needed and the other game is worthless without the card board.
Heard you bought a big collection?
Kmart
😂good stuff man
Matt's always got the hookup fr
The winner should have gotten free chipotle! 😂
Nalgon!
😍
Yeah GameStop pay to get in trust me they get me too 😂❤ what you pay instant gratification 😊
Bro my ipad account said that Caleb hasn't posted in over 2 months💀💀
Wouldn’t the pawn shop be -3%? They are under market value.
Please do a ps5 one please😢💯🎯🔥 also like your videos they fire 🔥
Gone of this guy he’s like a manufactured gaming enthusiast
Awesome!

Thanks for watching man, you’ll like a couple of the convention vids I have coming up! Pretty much just no frills game flipping.
Walmart and Target
Pawn shop was actually -7.9%
Anybody who wants the cheapest used games , I've shopped around everywhere and game fly used games are by far way cheaper than anywhere
You should make a video on can you make money buying video games and movies at Ben's bargain center
I do....$1 any game you want
