Since competition is good for our local workforce, we should likewise do the same for Pap by voting in more oppositions members for them to stay competitive. Sounds right?

Only Competition to keep everyone on hamster’s Wheel is Good … Not Competition in Government & slew of Cronies 😊

Sorry to say 1:58 it depends on your leaders. Ethical and fair leaders will evaluate all and see who is actually putting in the work and contributing, but speaking from experience, if you have poor unethical leadership, you will see unfair decision made because one person is louder (not tht he or she did more work) to be known. I was in a department in Singapore filled with old powerful males and a younger junior female always gets the most attention. She would wear the shortest skirt to work despite it is a supposed professional environment and always showing as much skin as she can. She would get free car rides from the male superiors and all the attention while everyone else ihn the department is pulling their weight to get by. She knows it and didn't mind because it helps her get by. Thankfully, our head of department 'hates' office politics and literally reads her like a book. So although the other senior male staff gives her all their attention, the leader remains impartial.

You lecture me, I lecture you in return. Why? In conversation or communication or speech making there is always a feedback for those from higher instit. Just like meeting in progress. Sometimes meeting get heated up feats fly all over the place especially in int. Stage. True?

Hopefully the higher echelons are not just reserved for scholars in the civil service.
