I'm going to miss dang its and Hat picks as well. Wish he would do something similar on SDPN than his regular Podcasts. They tend to be boring as they spend way too much time talking about the Maple Leafs and not enough about other teams. Yes he's a Maple Leafs fan boy, but the Leafs don't give him much for content when they can barely get into the playoffs as it is. Especially after placing top 5 in the regular season and then barely exist in the playoffs.

A bigger “Dang-it” than giving up 9 goals in Game 5, IMO, is leaving Bobrovsky in the game for all of them. Maurice should’ve gave him the hook after 4-1 or even after the 2nd period ended.
Yes I 100% agree. I'm a Knights fan and even I didn't think it was fair to Bobrovsky to leave him in goal. Nobody deserves to have the fact that 9 goals were scored on them follow them throughout their career, especially when it was the defense's fault.
Panthers meltdown in game 5 was a long time coming. They were exhausted, mentally and physically by then, Vegas had their number all along. Not to mention, Knights a much better team!

VGK held an on ice clinic and systematically dismantled bob on the net. Then after game 3, the made every panthers fan in attendance embarrassed themselves by throwing a temper tantrum.

Dang-its and Hat Picks were a family staple for us. My 11 year old son was upset to hear it ending. It helped us non-hockey parents learn the fun/ love of the game with our little hockey player. You have life long fans that look forward to seeing whats in store next.

15:34 something similar had actually happened and I witnessed it. It was a gold medal game for 2013 IIHF World Championship Division 2A between Croatia and Belgium. Croatia was leading 6-0 with 3.5 seconds to go and started celebrating, goalie had half of his equipment off, there were gloves and sticks everywhere... and then the linesman James Kavanagh called the icing. What happened next was 5 minutes of NOTHING while everyone was collecting their equipment and getting ready for a faceoff and to play those 3.5 seconds remaining. And then it all happened again after the final whistle.
Why is Hill in game 5? I thought punching with a blocker is a suspension. Just ask Jordan Binnington. Oh wait, this is the NHL. There are no standards for penalties or suspensions.
One of those blocker jabs even accidentally caught one of the officials. I'm pretty sure he punched 3 people with the blocker in that scrum and the guy in stripes was the only one who wasn't being held by other Knights.
