This cleared up a big misunderstanding for me. Basically I thought that the new Fn calling functionality was that I could define ANY arbitrary function in plain English within the API call, and have it return a nicely structured JSON object (tbh disappointed it isn't that).
Instead, how we should think about this new functionality is that chatGPT can take any plain English and EXTRACT all the necessary VARIABLES that an external/user defined function would need.

When I try this, if I mention something related to my function it just stutters a blank response, other wise regular gpt works
