Seafairy actually freezes when she lets go of the sword! So it's possible that when she created the tower herself to find moonlight, she dropped the sword and froze over

True, although the theory in the video is plausible, it's also possible that Sea Fairy dropped the sword either in rush or desperation to reach Moonlight. My theory is that Sea Fairy froze over during the event when the Wizard City was being ransacked (I'm basing this out on the CROB lore since there is plenty of that there). In a hasty attempt to save and shield Moonlight from being sealed away in the city, Sea Fairy tried to reach closer to her that day, accidentally dropping her sword. She could only watch as the warm moonlight is whisked away, leaving her to freeze, the cold numbing away her senses and beside her beloved, Sea Fairy sleeps for a long long time.

Another headcannon is that maybe frost queen made that tower for sea fairy after she unfreezes so she doesn't have to raise the sea level, she just has to climb the tower

Well Frost Queen pastself is a caring doctor cookie , maybe some part of her past still remand inside her . Another clue is Snow Sugar Cookie which look dangerously like someone important to Frost Queen ( their skill animation is also similar ) . Frost ( or ice ) is also an upgraded form of water so maybe that is a clue that maybe Frost Queen and Sea Fairy are Sisters or relatives so the tower might be a apology gift from Frost Queen to Sea Fairy

Actually, sea fairy appeared in the short story of the Tropical Whale Tour costume bond, and in the story it did say that sea fart's tower did cause waves (according to my memory)
Edit: also if Moonlight cookie gets released, then we may see some lore between the three legendaries

that tower if called tower of frozen waves . Which s.fairy is the guardian of it and also attemps to reach the moon.
when you play s.fairy on any mode ( except for freindly runs ), you may get the message "i thought i could reach it" meaning she failed reaching the moon ( youll see that same tower at the gacha animation too )

Also Sea Fairy will also be NPC Cookie for Tropical Island. (Not confirmed but yet this is my fanmade)

Ok so in her animation when she is presented like in the end near her legendary thing you can see the tower and she was frozen near it plus moon so to add even when she was frozen somehow she felt the warmth of moonlight and her love so eventually she unfroze and in oven break her legendary costume’s hair was flowing up and with science there is something about gravity with the moon and the oceans so in her costume when she failed her attempts to reach moonlight cookie moony over there was trying to bring her cause of the hair thingy (she also has another costume that’s similar to her costume in kingdom and thats when she successfully reached moonlight) and for the tower part we can see some of it is frozen (it is shown a bit in the start of her animation from what i saw) and when she is presented again beside the legendary part its not really frozen any more so her unfreezing could have led the tower to unfreeze as well cause also in her animation like 1 or 2 seconds after she unfreezes there is a big wave that possibly unfreezes i might add more later but i need to study lore first that came from ovenbreak and kingdom.

Hey so, I was looking into this and saw something. When you obtain Sea Fairy Cookie, you can see that she is above water, yes, but you see the tower in the background. It looks like it's made of water, and the top is sharp like that tower. Plus there's loads of clouds surrounding it - this theory is literal megamind
i found out even more, i was doing roguefort cookie's trial in ovenbreak and saw her tower in the background-
i agree with the "sf's attempt to reach ml is the tower" thing, but what if she used her powers as a staircase thing, that looked like a tide that eventually shaped into a triangle? what if fq also froze the tower so that it would be shaped like that forever?

That's the Tower of Frozen Waves. Sea Fairy was cursed while trying to reach the moon, which froze her, along with the waves beneath her, making the ToFW.
Before Cookie Run: Kingdom was made the lore didn't have Frost Queen in it, she was frozen by a curse to prevent her from going to the moon and cause flood. Sea Fairy Cookie is very much attracted to the moon and the Moon Light Cookie. In Ovenbreak Sea Fairy Cookie actually got unfrozen. While she was frozen, she was holding a pearl that had some dark force inside. When she finally gained gained enough energy to know what's going on, she decided to absorb the dark energy, but doing so she destroyed the city that she created. That's all I know for now

I just realised as well, in one of the factoids, it states that Sea Fairy has been waiting, to this day, but is it waiting to thaw, or waiting for Moonlight cookie?
Also in her gacha animation she thaws out. How I look at it is because we, the player meet the cookies when thier gacha animation plays.
All I'm gonna say, I've dedicated all my socials to Moonlight Cookie, she's my favorite character so the fact she isn't in Kingdom yet along with the other legendaries I guess baffles me, so I made my profile, banner, everything except for TH-cam is dedicated to Moonlight. Originally, Sea Fairy's decor is called the "Tower of Frozen Waves", which is a frozen tower in the middle of an island surrounded by ice. It's first release was around LINE/KAKAO Cookie Run, and returned to Ovenbreak in 2020 where she also got a buff, magic candy, 2 costumes (Luminous and Abyss) and pet (Wave Drop). I'll go further to Wave Drop afterwards, so maybe try to stick till the end. I'll seperate this comment in chapters, because why not
1- Sea Fairy wasn't a Cookie before?
In the backgrounds of ToFW (I will call it this to make it easier) on LINE Cookie Run, you could see a HUUGE humanoid ice statue from the OUTSIDE view and INSIDE view (wow it's super big) , which is reaching out with both of it's arms to the sky. The statue awfully looks like Sea Fairy, which is absurding.
Moreover, in the Breakout, Escape From The Oven (Ovenbreak), in the chapter Moonlit Night Sky, there are several statues that you have to slide from. One is a mermaid with a lyre, the other is a human-ish figure holding a small sword, who looks like Sea Fairy.
This confirms that there were man-made statues of Sea Fairy, and that Sea Fairy.. wasn't originally a Cookie before? Has she gotten reincarnated as a Cookie, by Frost Queen? Maybe, after freezing her, Sea Fairy's will to reach the moon 'reincarnated' her? And that big statue is what's left of her old form? I really can't tell. I will link a source to the backgrounds on the reply section.
2- Wave Drop, literally the ring of Sea Fairy's proposal to Moonlight

At the top of the Tower of Frozen Waves, Sea Fairy Cookie created a Pet which possessed the purest of hearts. And now, Wave Drop remains in the Tower, waiting...waiting. According to this, Sea Fairy created Wave Drop so it can deliver her feelings to Moonlight (so...Seamoon canon?), but why? Did she create Wave Drop when she was getting frozen? However, Wave Drop was only released when Peppermint, Sorbet, Captain Ice and Pirate got all the Memory Fragments and opened the way to the ocean. Why was Wave Drop sealed like that? Was it another thing Frost Queen had done, to maintain the balance?
I can't put up anything other than a few details about Sea Fairy and the Tower, so I'd like to hear (or.. read) what you guys think! Maybe we can put the pieces together ^^

In crob, Peppermint said that she made a town using or with her emotions. And I just realized that this Moonlight and Sea Fairy reaching thing is based on the story *Why there is High tide in a full moon*.

Ok but like, what if the legendaries were like Sherbet cookie? Like- they used to be normal villagers of the small village that Cotton lives in, and they were frost children who were given the roles of what they are? Like if Frost queen keeps based off of life everything balanced. Sea Fairy keeps the sea staying in it's place, Moonlight controls day and night, Wind archer protects the cookies, Fire spirit (haven't gotten into his lore so I can't say anything about it lol), and Timekeeper makes sure that EVERYTHING is balanced (Sorry if this is extremely off, I thought of this while watching the vid without any research-)

What I think of Is that:
What if sea fairy cookie wanted to meet moonlight cookie but then frost queen cookie had stopped her because she had almost caused a nature problem by making the ocean rise in order to reach moonlight cookie? I also had a past theory of something dumb. I had a theory of what if.. frost queen was the guardian of all cookies and due to the trouble sea fairy was causing because of the ocean, she froze the whole ocean and sea fairy to stop her from making it happen? And moonlight cookie tried to leave , but she got caught trying to get away. (If you are wondering why am I talking about that? It’s because when u look at the sea fairy cookie obtain animation , u can see that sea fairy is trying to reach the moon and it’s nighttime). And also what I also noticed is how the moon had some weird sign on it. I wonder if it could mean something..

that could be right, in ovenbreak we have the Tower of Frozen Waves, which is where Sea fairy is located, if i'm not wrong i believe captain Ice cookie mentioned that in the relationship charts, crk has a big lore that probably has connection to ovenbreak, so i'd recomend watching past lores of ovenbreak.
Cookie run Kingdom devs said that moonlight cookie, wind archer and the fire cookie (I forgot his name) has files in the game but they're not coming out until like 3 years so yeah:(
All I know that in OvenBreak she is now unfrozen because peppermint saved her in Ice Captains update. But it does seem like OvenBreak’s and kingdom’s stories don’t connect so it could just be that’s she’s unfrozen in the OvenBreak universe!!!

In the Tropical Soda Island story, Sea Fairy is included! If I am not mistaken in a later episode where the casts are drifted somewhere in the sea, and they were shocked seeing sea fairy.

Nah i feel like that the tower at the bg is the fail tower that got froze plus i think her decor is like a 2nd try of her reaching moonlight cookie but this time she is more carefull and if you look closely at sea fairy cookie gacha pull bg you could see her tower at the bg wich i think that is the fail tower due to how she got unfrozed in her gacha pull animation scene. This could possibly mean that sea fairy attracted people to that spot because of her power and the curse seeped into them too but the cotton cookie story shows us that it was many years in the past, this could mean that the friendship between sorbet (not sorbet shark to clear it up) and cotton would have broken sea fairy out of her Crystal as her story says “Sea fairy was under a curse long, long ago. If it wasn’t for the warm kindness of our cookies, she might have chosen to stay frozen forever” key word CHOSEN, meaning the curse was probably related to her emotions and she cursed frost queen in order to have more friends what do ya think?

in FACT, cookie run oven break is actually Featuring some of the Sea fairies, Here's the story. She is reaching for a moonlight cookie, which is actually breaking the balance of the seawater, in her cookie run Run thingy, there are towers in her background. when she dies, she actually turns frozen, so technically, she died around the towers. Maybe a cookie, frost queen cookie is probably the one who froze her. She died probably in front of the towers, her elemental burst, features high tide. And some splashes. I think "Frost Queen" Actually froze her. It looks like she burst, looking like the big stuff she freeze, Is waves. Big waves, maybe sea fairy cookie did the big waves, probably attacking. But, there are hallways at her runner, maybe she died INSIDE or OUTSIDE. But I believe she did it outside, in front. Back to the one who froze, she said. "Curse." So, It looks like Frost's queen didn't, but maybe she froze instead of the tower, but she didn't actually. She might just freeze the waves can protect the citizens. Her skin looks like she went inside the abyss. Everything went dark, also her pet stuff. Probably she failed. Maybe she wasn't able to reach the moon, That's why she had the skin of the abyss. She's under the Tower maybe but in fact. It's a curse. And also for the abyss skin, she failed many times.
