Apologies for the cut just as the Jet2 touches down, sadly an A350 decided to photobomb the touchdown! - Hey, worse looking planes to get in the way ;)
Just got back from lanzarote, last night . Jet two are a well oiled machine. Can't fault them . Used them before , very thoughtful and efficient. Deserve the credit. And very good at paying attention to detail . From the get go.
Cant wait for the non Jet2 holiday colour scheme on these, Have they managed to get some early delivery slots on these as I only recall them ordering there first batch not to long ago. Think the A320/321 NEO is the best step for Charter carries, just wish TUi had ditched there 737 fleet for Airbus, far nicer to fly on in passenger terms. Only negative comment it needs the black cockpit window surrounds to make it look a bit newer as it looks so like the ex TCX ones in there fleet.
Flew with easyJet in April last year to Tenerife south airport from Luton airport on the the way home we had a neo 320 and I don't know if it is just me but engines sounded a bit quieter than the A320-200 and was able to get much more sleep on the way home
generally, I think the higher the bypass ratio the quieter the engine. I saw a 737-200 take off in aruba a couple of years ago and it sounded like a rocket
@@davidsumner4335 David, it didn't. You seen a Boeing 737-800. G-SUNB - the aircraft in this video has not left Manchester since they recorded this video. It's only been on 2 flights since registration. Hamburg - East Midlands -Manchester. So there.
good question. As far as I know Jet2 maybe leased the odd 757 to allegiant. Seems daft that they adopted the scheme. All I can say is that it suits allegiant far better. Jet2 should stick with the original, the holidays isn't popular

A350 is a beauty. Best looking aircraft since 757
😢 A350 will be banned off this channel for a week! 😠 😅
it's ok : )
Ha ha good point 😊

And a good wave from cockpit on the A380 too.
Excellent all the best Jet2 ! !
I’m glad to finally see this aircraft in the jet 2 team as it should possibly carry some new routes
Cheeky king of the skies too
Great fan of Jet2 but was hoping that once the delivery of the new aircraft started to arrive Jet2 would have a new more modern livery
Amazing 👍😊
Nice catch guys 😀
super catches

I love jet 2 pre order meals.
Nice aircraft, but boy I wish they'd do something about their livery
The wave 😊
Very fantastic 👍
Wow 🤩
don’t you love the sound of the neo engines?
I real do like the 321!!
Watching from India sir
It's great! The livery seems a bit off but still good
superb mister 😍
Nice thx!
Just love your video’s brilliant thank you 😊
I flew in that’s this Morning to Barcelona I believe from Manchester at 8. Very nice interior
Wouldn't of been this aircraft as it's brand new and not in passenger operation yet.
Does it have tv screens?
Yeah I worked that out whilst on it 😂😂 My bad
@@theoschofield1495 It is a Jet 2
@@bullinenemyland510 I heard they were getting seat back screens on the neos am I wrong ?

You are correct with that its a very quiet aircraft the neo and so relaxing. After you have been on a neo its hard to then fly on a classic 320 again.

@@aviationadam_7386 correct. Only the a321ceo has been to newcastle on crew training I think apart from maybe a leased Titan

i really wish jet2 would get rid of this livery there grey scale planes look so much better

In the cheapest looking livery possible 🤣
it looks like an allegiant air livery🤣
@@Endless-Discovery I know! There isn’t a link between them is there? If not, that makes it even worse!
@@dambo8416 No link. They used to lease 2 757's from Allegiant - this is where the livery comes from.

But I love the 757😔😭
Why have they painted an allegiant air livery onto it?
First time you've seen this? Jet2 have had this livery for years now

Brand new aircraft immediately made to look 15 years old because of it's awful, dated livery...
Great to see Jet2 doing so well business wise. Congrats guys! It’s a difficult market for charter airlines out there.
