As long as Demise's Curse lives Ganondorf will be reborn again in another 100 years. But as long as thiers a Ganondorf A Link will be born too and destiny will have these 2 fight again and again. An endless cycle of good vs evil and I luv it!

He is not every single Gerudo male that's ever been born, he's the only who has appeared on screen but it would be ridiculous if every single Gerudo male was an iteration of him or that he is reborn a century after his death, some centuries or a thousand/some thousands years after sounds more appropriate. Some of the Gerudo males are iterations of Ganondorf but not all of them.
I think you also have a misconception about what exactly the curse is.
In Japanese it's clear that Demise didn't cast a curse upon defeat, he talked about an already existing curse, the curse of demons/the curse of the demon tribe, an eternal karmic cycle of Saṃsāra perpetuated by hatred, greed and delusions, he described the state of the demon tribe and the inevitable cycle that permeates the world. It's something that every person with both good and bad karma go through, the curse isn't a description of Gerudo males. Ganondorf is an incarnation/manifestation/embodiment/Avatar of Demise's characteristics, Demise/The one of demise/The avatar of demise's thoughts were sealed to decay within the Master sword for thousands of years and by the time of Skyward sword's present era they had been completely eradicated as implied by Impa's duty and death. Ganondorf is wicked, greedy, arrogant and proud, he is obssessed and attached to his desire for his ideal world, a dark world where warriors will fight constantly and grow strong and rule over the weak. Ganondorf’s desires and hubris allow him to be reborn, one of his core characteristics is the Gerudo origin, every embodiment of Demise's hatred isn't Ganondorf as there is another Demon king with a different name in Spirit tracks who existed as a demon king and incarnation of darkness at the same time as the events of The wind waker occurred, Malladus was sealed on a different continent by a single Kami long before New Hyrule's founding a century before Spirit tracks, Ganondorf appears to be the embodiment who resembles Demise the most though Malladus's demon train also bears a resemblance to Demise and Ganondorf, Ganondorf has a different personality compared to Demise as he is less respectful and more arrogant and can't accept that he is weaker than a human child in multiple games, Ganondorf also makes a lot of hypocritical excuses for his powerhunger in games like The wind waker that depict him as a selfish jealous and bitter demon in human form(some demons like Ganondorf are born as humans but become demons through dark magic, power boosts, wickedness and greed). The karmic cycle according to Demise will make history repeat itself when good and evil clash again, the demon tribe and the incarnations of Demise's characteristics and darkness will forever follow the kami and those with the blood of the goddess and the spirit of the hero after Demise is completely gone.

BUT BRO HOLY SHIT YOU ACTUALLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND ON THIS!! This was actually fucking spectacular, and it made my walk to the mall through immense Black Friday traffic sound absolutely fucking epic. My favorite things about this are the percussion, the strings, and the organ. Those hit the absolute hardest, they fucked my ears harder than Sephiroth fucked me after Thanksgiving dinner, which isn’t really good on his part.
All in all, an ABSOLUTE job well done, this is now going into my “Favorite Songs Legit” playlist.

Ahh I've actually been debating that with myself recently lol. The idea of TotK Ganondorf being the reincarnation of Ganondorfs from past timelines is def interesting to me, but I'm hesitant to believe it since he doesn't seem to recall any of his past lives or feats. My current headcanon is that TotK Ganon is a separate incarnation of Demise's hatred like Four Swords Adventure Ganon, but until Nintendo gives us concrete answers I guess we'll never know for sure lmao
