This is genuinely my favorite lyric video for GAME OVER. The rhyme scheme and overall flow of this is incredible. MX is very well spoken, the rolling of the R's is amazing. (you did very well with the voice!) Whenever I listen to this, I imagine I'm seeing boyfriend enter the rings of hell in Dante's inferno. Doomed to a never ending fate of imminent demise from a hulking beast of darkness. Only moments away from the unstoppable power of MX's earth shaking steps crushing the bricks below. The endless loop of pointless running that slowly poisons the soul, eventually he gives into exhaustion and meets his fate... Yet it begins again and again and again! NO ESCAPE (I think this is very poetic and very cool, amazing job!)

i absolutely love your performance as mx in this video, really unique take on the character while still being really accurate to how i see him! and the lyrics themselves are phenominal!! i will point out though that frazz doesn't own mx anymore. he did create the character but i have full ownership of the brute.

Something about this gives me "dream-like" vibes, or I guess in this case it would be a nightmare. I suppose that's somewhat fitting for Lucas' perspective in Mario '85 lol

I've listened to this several times over the past year, I've concluded this is the gold standard for "you well and truly fucked up" Queen songs. Hollow - each instrument seems to be a solo (save for the choir), it sounds hollow and like there's very little left. In this fight, Queen's lost herself and lost what she believes in. You as lightners (lightner singular, but still) have betrayed her trust and turned her world upside down from what she's always known. She has nothing left but a solemn fighting spirit. Hero - The Battle Against a True Hero/Power of NEO lemotif is used, and that's a hero's theme. Queen is the hero here, the only one left. Queen - Seems like an odd thing to mention, but the correct Queen lemotif was used. I've seen plenty of Queen songs where it wasn't. Freedom - Good contextually for our side of things, Spamton is meant to be getting what he wants through this, so his freedom theme plays. It's overshadowed though, it's not gonna happen.
