Everything except the blade can be fine tuned to perfection on that clone. I have a couple of D2 steel clones that outperform any factory Bugout any day. No idea who uses tryflow to lube knives especially without opening but you did it wrong buddy.
Did you try loosening the pivot screw? and how long did it take to come in?
