@ Yeah, IMO I would use the KME as your instrument, but it’s secondary to your sharpening expertise. I don’t think you should be doing KME instruction videos per se; it’s more about you working through the ins and outs of sharpening - the KME just happens to be along for the ride.

@ Just clamp a knife and go to work. You will cover all the relevant topics as they arise when you are sharpening different knives.
