Ironically I find the pronunciation easier than grammar and spelling! Many sounds that are considered hard exist in German so I know them by default! I do however struggle with some variations of (the difference between “open” and “closed”)
French pronunciation isn't just about sounds, it's also being able to associate these sounds with the correct letter or letter combinations, being able to recognise silent letters and then knowing when to do a liaison and when not to do it!
