BRAVO! Thank you for sharing this PRICELESS performance, of a divine masterpiece on the exotic period instrument!!! While I was already quite familiar with the pedal harpsichord, I’ve never heard (of, even) the pedal piano before, let alone an original period instrument! Now I’m wondering whether Liszt originally composed this magnum opus for the pedal piano? I’ve heard the organ version as well as the piano version, and I thought the latter was the transcription of the former (as he did with Bach’s organ preludes and fugues). Anyway, thanks again.
