I love a shaker, & yours are stunning. As someone who has made cards in the past I have a few tips, if you don't mind me giving them. First is to remove any issues with the shaker elements misbehaving, dust the acetate with your anti-static pouch. Instead of faffing with tiny bits of foam tape cut another couple of your bauble and back them onto your outside piece, lastly take a piece of dry spaghetti damp an end & use that to pick up your sequins, or a bit of blu tac on pencil or toothpick will work too. Hope these may help you x

Angela, for someone who is 'not a card maker' these are BEAUTIFUL and very inspiring. I will be starting in on my card making about July this year, I learnt last year about leaving it 'too late' to make and get them ready to send o/s and then local *shakes head* way too much stress for my liking. I also love those shaker tags, brilliant idea :)

@@AngelaKerrDesigns I might see what different theme I can come up with this year, I mostly use Stampin' Up! products, but I also have others that I want to clear - so I can replace them of course lol - but seriously I need to do a declutter and I need ideas. You are helping me there :) thank you. I think this year I will investigate the shabby chick theme and see what I can come up with using my SU! papers and inks and dies and the other papers and stamps and dies and distress inks that I have. Should make for good channel content :)

These are beautiful, I hope you don’t mind if I give you a little tip, instead of cutting tiny pieces of dimensional tape, just pull out a long piece, take off the backing paper and stick the dimensional to wax or greaseproof paper, then cut it to the length you need, it won’t stick to your scissors,😊

Thank you. So very pretty. I use craft foam sheets to cut the shapes to elevate objects. In the states its called fun foam and it comes in packs like regular paper. Much easier than tape.

They look lovely Angela, little tip with the die cuts if you cut 3 or 4 stick them together then you don't have to cut and fiddle about with foam pads . Funny enough in a card group I'm in the theme this weeks is shaker cards. As I've made all mine I might do some tags ... TFS xxxx

Angela, for someone who is 'not a card maker' these are BEAUTIFUL and very inspiring. I will be starting in on my card making about July this year, I learnt last year about leaving it 'too late' to make and get them ready to send o/s and then local *shakes head* way too much stress for my liking.

@@AngelaKerrDesigns I might see what different theme I can come up with this year, I mostly use Stampin' Up! products, but I also have others that I want to clear - so I can replace them of course lol - but seriously I need to do a declutter and I need ideas. You are helping me there :) thank you.
I think this year I will investigate the shabby chick theme and see what I can come up with using my SU! papers and inks and dies and the other papers and stamps and dies and distress inks that I have. Should make for good channel content :)

These are beautiful, I hope you don’t mind if I give you a little tip,
instead of cutting tiny pieces of dimensional tape, just pull out a long piece, take off the backing paper and stick the dimensional to wax or greaseproof paper, then cut it to the length you need, it won’t stick to your scissors,😊

Thank you. So very pretty. I use craft foam sheets to cut the shapes to elevate objects. In the states its called fun foam and it comes in packs like regular paper. Much easier than tape.

They look lovely Angela, little tip with the die cuts if you cut 3 or 4 stick them together then you don't have to cut and fiddle about with foam pads . Funny enough in a card group I'm in the theme this weeks is shaker cards. As I've made all mine I might do some tags ... TFS xxxx
