Same, when I started out I wasn’t really darting towards tier 10 super fast but instead branching out all over. That ended me up with non stop stock tanks ruining my stats. Now after all the grinding I started doing good in maxed tier 9s and getting tier 10s at similar times Now I have so much better stats than a year ago Edit: it took me probably 2 1/2 years to get a tier 10, leopard 1, then maby like a year later starting getting the others
Damn I really needed this video. I haven’t been doing too well in my second tier V tank I’ve gotten, the Stug III G. In fact, just lost 10 games in it continuously yesterday :(
The stug is a very goo d tank. One of my favs. You can camp in it, frontline, do anything tbh. It is fast, good Rate of fire, good damage. Armour is not exactly good but wiggling can get troll bounces on your mantlet which is massive.
I have a bit of a rule. I switch tanks when I lose three in a row. Do I win in another tank, I go back. Do I lose in the next tank as well, I stop playing for that day
Great video Martin! But for me, I gave up on stats. I don't care about it anymore. The more I care, the more upset I get when I'm on a bad run of games. I just enjoy playing the game as much as I can now. If I lose, I lose. Can't control the fact that some games are definitely rigged (yeah come at me WG fanboys) I've played enough games (40k+) to figure that one out. I do like that fact that you said try to do more damage than your health pool. That's what I always try to achieve per game.
WG should replace winrate by WN8 that would be much more relevant. Winrate says more about how lucky you are with matchmaking and teams while WN8 shows more your individual performance.
Michael Raller lol they both important as decent reading of both of players able win the match etc while wn8 is also good Tell how well player can perform in battle. Depending on how much battles that person has and what tier he play in.
I'm a 54.4% overall but I have average damages relatively similar to yours, and now I come to think about it, my survival rate is pretty bad, so I think I'll concentrate on conserving my hit points more. Always room for improvement, thanks Martin
Same for me, i have in tier 10 over 2500 avarage damage (which is great) but my survival is %30. And i am at moment %53.20 winrate. I also must improve my survival rate, any suggestions?

Martin, that is some sound advice, but none of it works when you are on a team of muppets that think the object of the game is to die as fast as possible while inflicting as little damage as possible. How do you manage teams of muppets?

The difference between a NOOB and a decent player... A decent player can think about the whole battle in real time. A NOOB is always reacting to the enemy and looking at their teammates for guidance. Just watch your teammates when the game starts(the first 5-10 seconds)... Its pretty easy to pick out the NOOBS. They are the sheep wandering around trying to figure out what to do.

The issue with this game is lots of little boys whose gonads have not fallen south yet Forget it’s a team game Yolo get behind you and ram u out lots of stoopid things And many that think if I don’t die in 60 seconds. It’s too long a game
I have those as least played tanks. Because I've been playing since 2014 and high tier lights weren't a thing until the Type 62 came and later the French BC line
this is all bull... you either have buddies who know how to play, or you pay more, obviously looking at your tanks... me I have to fight 1 against 6 or three against six most of the time and have no chance... and the more I play with one tank the worse the team cconfiguration gets.... maybe if I did 20% win one day, the next day the computer will give me 60 % to console me... its all rigged and the other guys lke you are just here to make people spend money :)
The main improvement comes from paying. Simple as that. First thing that needs to be bought is 365 days of premium account. Then 50€ need to be spend regularly per week or month for OP premium tanks and gold. Also paying gold to advance in the tech tree is very welcome for win rate improvement.

Nah it shows you have clearly no skills and the winrate is thanks to your teams. Probably you have not more than 5k games and benefit from noobie matchmaking. As soon as you move up your wr will go down drastically

My advice would be to buy at least 75 crew for tier 8 and higher.
