To be honest I forget. I think it's triangle but I read online that you have to complete the campaign to unlock them. I probably grabbed a save file online.

Tried googling to figure out your question but if you're asking about the characters from Kamen rider wizard not being here as far as I can tell that was for the PSP version and this is the PS2 version.

This game on the video is the first game of the "Climax Heroes" series, debuted on the PS2 only, the series always launched a new game when a new Kamen Rider series aired on TV.
So we have a lot of "Climax Heroes", addding new characters and scenarios, the majority launched on the PSP. In 2012 the game you are talking about, Super Climax Heroes, launched in PSP and Wii, with new characters and the new rider of the year, Wizard.
