these car can be unlocked from the awards. you can see the + symbols on some of the awards at the extra menu

Elite Goliath is unlocked by wrecking 1000 cars in total

@@MALMARIGOLD yes. The achievement cars other than Goliath there are unlocked through wrecking 3 cars with level 2 Power Plays/Route Changes at a certain tracks. Hanzo GT is unlocked by using the cooling tower(Power Plant) to wreck 3 cars. Firestorm is unlocked by wrecking 3 cars by blowing the dam(Route Change). Cascade also uses a Route Change(derailing the train in Expressway and wrecking 3 cars)
