Awesome vid showing the little differences between the original and the new one, Richard, thank you. Can't wait to see it built and what color it will be painted 👀 Happy building 😅
@@coygtrc cheers, i was more interested in whats different, the front arms have no part number, so original ones will be worth more to a restration. Hopefully the bodys ready for the weekend 😂
The little round impressions on the rear wishbones are probably from the ejector pins used in plastic injection moulding when removing the wishbone from the mould 👍
Thank you for the interesting video, as always. I ordered two kits: one to be fitted with some Schumacher hop-up parts and one to be built with the MSP RC carbon fiber chassis (I think, not 100% certain).
Exciting times and good video Richard. I was always a big fan of the Cougar 2. Recently I tried to convert a C2 Sport to a Works (just missing the driveshafts). I bet there'll be loads of C2W at the Lakeland Classic next year!
Don’t comment much on your channel but love your content, got some great advice from your channel , looking forward to seeing this on the track and also indoor racing too , keep up the great work and Merry Christmas mate
@@Garethfrostturkeythroat113 thank you, not sure i’ll run the cougar indoors. Still working on th gravel hound for carpet 😂 but i’ll be back to my schumachers more next year 👍
@@peterjohnson9243 yeah, but ive seen a few good attempts with cans. I got this one done about 3 year ago by a guy that does a few of my shells. My painting skills run out at a two can fade 😂

@tunkstune9373 im getting used to the new name. Even called pro shocks in the old manual 😂

Brilliant video, I don't know how the hell to do the box art paint? (I'm not a very good painter) is it an airbrush job?
